Our bespoke service explained

It all begins with an idea. Whether you want a personalised engagement ring or your own diamond encrusted signature piece, we can bring your ideas to life.

Where do we start?

The first step is for us to get to know you, and what you like.

Complete our bespoke enquiry form, try and include as much information as you can, Do not worry if you are unsure, we can work together to create a design that is perfect for you.

Include features that you want to see in your design: metal ideas, stone, ideas, links to styles that you like and styles that you don’t, link to a Pinterest board if you have one, or just explain your idea the best that you can. If you have a budget in mind then please include this too.

Arrange a consultation

A consultation can be done over the phone, Skype, Zoom or face to face. There is no charge for this service. The idea is to see if we are happy to work together and to iron out any questions that we may have for each other. Once this stage is complete we should be in a position to provide you with a projected quote for the creation of your idea.

Sourcing and design

Before we move onto this stage we require a 50% deposit based on the projected cost.

This stage is especially relevant for engagement rings and items that have large premium gemstones like diamonds. During our consultation we will have discussed what stones can be purchased for your budget, but now you actually have to choose them. (Don’t worry we will help).

This is also the reason that we say “projected” cost, because this stage can often alter the price. You might fall in love with a cheaper stone than the one we have budgeted or vice versa. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Once we know the exact stone/stones that we are using we can start the process of creating your design around them.

Approval

We use CAD software to create 3D renders of your design, these will be sent to you for approval. At this stage we can arrange another consultation (either remotely or face to face) to discuss any amendments that you may want, or if you are happy with the design we can proceed to the creation process.

Creation

Please allow 6 weeks from the date of approval for us to create, check and hallmark your new jewellery.

Engagement rings

We always advise waiting until you receive your ring before making proposal plans. If this is not possible please make us aware of any plans that you have, we will always do our best to accommodate.
